rocks by the sea

Gestern am späten Nachmittag diente der, wie ich ihn nenne, "Steingarten" als Kulisse. Garten und Küstenfels gehen quasi ineinander über und sogar eine kleine Bucht führt zu uns. Abgetrennt zum Gehweg ist das Ganze durch einen Zaun, was schon ein bisschen Zoofeeling aufkommen ließ, wenn die Spaziergänger stehen blieben und guckten, was denn da Interessantes gemacht wird... Oh wow, ein Foto, sensationell! ;D
Lässige Kleidung ist hier bei mir an der Tagesordnung. Ich laufe wahnsinnig viel umher und da sind flache Schuhe und Lagenlook einfach angebracht. Das Outfit hatte ich vor ein paar Tagen ähnlich getragen (mit weißen Converse und einer großen Longchamp-Tasche), brauchte nun aber mal ein bisschen Abwechslung und griff daher zu Peeptoes und einer roten Clutch für den Farbakzent :) In den nächsten Tagen werde ich mal ein paar Impressionen der Stadt posten!

These pictures were taken at our "garden" yesterday afternoon (in fact, it's rather a stony place connected to the coastal rocks). There's even a little bay leading in the garden, which is separated from the promenade by a fence. Some people stopped and looked curiously at what we did.. Due to this fence, I felt a bit like in a zoo - "wow, they're taking a photo, how spectacular" ;D
During the last days I had always chosen very casual looks with flat shoes and lots of layering - it's simply the best way to dress when walking hours and hours through town and when temperatures are likely to change quickly. I wore the same look with white Converse and a big Longchamp bag, but this time I needed a bit of variation, so I opted for patent heels and a bright red clutch :) I'll post some other impressions about Nice soon, so stay tuned!
